By the way, when I changed my PC I cannot use my Nitro Pro 12. Your serial number is active and should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12 installation as long as it is on the latest build. Please check which version and build is installed on your computer by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If you see that you are not on Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your version 12 serial number.
