Activation of My Nitro Pro 12

Hello

I am the user of Nitro Pro 12.

I purchased Nitro 11 on 27 Aug 2017 and upgraded to Nitro Pro 12 on Jun 7 2018.

By the way, when I changed my PC I cannot use my Nitro Pro 12.

When I check the Serial No, I can use it, but I cannot ~~~~ 

 

My purchased information is as follows

- Name : HYANGRYUL LEE

- email : hrlee***@gmail.com

- Cleverbridge Reference No : 138******

- Serial No : 234600-******-******

 

Please kindly help me to use Nitro Pro 12

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Your serial number is active and should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12 installation as long as it is on the latest build. 
Please check which version and build is installed on your computer by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you see that you are not on Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your version 12 serial number.
