Issue with Deactivating License via the licensing portal.

You are promoted to click "deactivate" there is a pop up from "licenses.gonitro.com" and it says "Please select devices to deactivate"., but there is nothing to deactivate. 

Ruined the computer the old license was on and now cannot reactivate on the new computer. Need this fixed ASAP. 

Using Chrome on windows.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Your serial number is active and should be able to activate a Nitro PDF Pro 12 installation as long as it is on the latest build (no need to deactivate if the Number of Activations shown in the license portal is 0)
Please check which version and build is installed on your computer by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you see that you are not on Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your version 12 serial number.
