Can't change email adress (email in use)

Good Morning,

I would like to change email address for my account, but I have got information something like: "email in use".

E-mail is definitely available to use through nitro.

Could you please change my email address:

Alternatively, please let me know how I can do this.

My apologies for the delay and inconvenience. 

I am getting the same message when attempting to change your current email address to the new email address you've provided. 
I am still checking this on my end and will reach back to this post as soon as I get an update.

No, no one managed to resolve my request. It's been three months and I still have my old e-mail. Please advice.

I understand that you are experiencing the same issue with changing the email address on your Nitro Sign account.
In checking our records, I did not find a Nitro Sign account that is associated with the email address (bernard@nicholls.org.au) that you use here in Community Forums.

Could you please provide the existing email address that is associated with Nitro Sign and the new email address that you would like to use?
