Dane Loeliger Posted September 27, 2021 Report Share Posted September 27, 2021 I also cannot put in a ticket. My serial number is recognized, but does not lead to submitting ticket anywhere. I enter my name, email and serial number and it takes me to another screen where I once again enter my serial number which doesn't answer anything or allow me to submit a ticket. There's a link to submit a ticket there that takes me back to the start. The bot chat is also 100% useless. Super frustrating experience... Still need help.
