Wirun NHOUNG Posted October 3, 2021 Report Share Posted October 3, 2021 I have just purchased Nitro Pro 13. I am trying to download it onto my third device and the program keeps failing. Do i need to pay extra? or Do I have to make a second purchase? Please help. The additional device is my mobile laptop with which I do home visits to clients.... A Nitro PDF Pro 13 single-user license can be used on two machines that has version 13 installations. If you need to move or transfer the license from one machine to another, you will need to deactivate the license on the old machine. To deactivate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate. This process will release the license so you can use it to activate Nitro PDF Pro 13 on another machine.
