Help required setting up SSO

Hello.

I have followed all the docos and setup SSO. However each time im only presented with the normal Welcome to Nitro screen, no SSO is occurring. No logs against Azure Enterprise App, and no errors. 

I have logged two cases but still no closer to any resolve.
