Unable to re-activate Nitro Pro license (version 12.16.3.574)

Hi,

I have have to reinstall version of Nitro PDF Pro release 12. Prior to reinstalling, I have deactivated the active licenses,

After the new installation, I am not able to activate my Nitro Pro 12 licenses. I have checked both licenses on your license portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) and both licenses are active and not activated.

Even though this is the latest recommended release 12.16.3.574, the activation redirected me to a non responsive activation website.

While I can understand that no further features are added onto release 12, my purchased license is a perpetual license, therefore all activation should be allowed and continued to work on release 12.

Looking forward to your prompt reply.

Thank you.

Hi @Meng Hwa, Chen

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

To get a successful activation using your existing version 12 license, please download and install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.
The installer for that build can be located from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, activate it using your version 12 license by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.

Kind regards,

2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account.
