I can't use and reactivate my license

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite on 01/25/2019 (invoice n ° ***-***) in the name of Luxart SRL, and I never managed to use the cloud version because once the software was installed the "log-in" tab never appeared ".

I have now tried to uninstall the program as suggested by the assistance service (I had version 12), and now I can no longer reactivate even the desktop version because I only find the trial version 13 and once installed, if I try to activate my license , it tells me that my number does not exist.

I ask you please ... I have never been able to fully use the program.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. An older build or Nitro Pro 13 will not work.

unfortunately I had already found this installer and arrived at a certain point of the installation the message appears: "installation failed". I tried again from your link (which is the same) and it gave me the same error. I can't install this version 12.

I don't know what to do anymore. I also tried to install the English version instead of Italian, but nothing.

Please note that as you can see from my invoice, I have also purchased the service for future updates, and considering that the cloud service has never been able to use it in almost three years since I purchased it. And now not even the desktop version anymore.

You purchased Product Updates so your upgrade to version 13 is free.

To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

Enter your serial number and follow to prompts to get a new key.
