I have now tried to uninstall the program as suggested by the assistance service (I had version 12), and now I can no longer reactivate even the desktop version because I only find the trial version 13 and once installed, if I try to activate my license , it tells me that my number does not exist. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I tried again from your link (which is the same) and it gave me the same error. I can't install this version 12. I don't know what to do anymore. I also tried to install the English version instead of Italian, but nothing. Please note that as you can see from my invoice, I have also purchased the service for future updates, and considering that the cloud service has never been able to use it in almost three years since I purchased it. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page: https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Enter your serial number and follow to prompts to get a new key.
