HELP New computer can't install my version of NitroPro

I need help with these please. I have followed all the instructions and after download I have a trial in place even though I have an active license to use the product.

I released your serial number so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?

Hi. I uninstalled Nitro, then I reinstalled using your link, then I clicked About - Activate  and I entered my serial number. The message is The serial number does not exist.

I uninstalled version 10, rebooted, installed version 13. However, its not recognizing my license key. This key worked fine on a laptop my user had, but now she's back at the office and wants to use it on her desktop. I deactivated it on the laptop already so she could use it on her desktop.
