Official Nitronaut Leslie V Posted October 18, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted October 18, 2021 Hello Lisa, Please get the correct version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial. I uninstalled Nitro, then I reinstalled using your link, then I clicked About - Activate and I entered my serial number. The message is The serial number does not exist. lisa axtell Posted October 18, 2021 Report Share Posted October 18, 2021 I uninstalled version 10, rebooted, installed version 13. However, its not recognizing my license key. This key worked fine on a laptop my user had, but now she's back at the office and wants to use it on her desktop. I deactivated it on the laptop already so she could use it on her desktop.
