lisa axtell Posted October 18, 2021 Report Share Posted October 18, 2021 I had version 10 on a user's laptop and deactivated it to use on her desktop now that she is at the office full-time. It was giving me an error, so I uninstalled version 10, rebooted, then installed version 13. Its now not recognizing the license key. Any ideas?
