Nitro Sign shows Trial Expired and NitroPro12 version does not recognize my serial number

I have a cleverbridge reference number and a serial number for Nitro Pro version 13.  When I click on Nitro Sign it shows that the trial has expired.  

I can do everything but use Nitro Sign.  I have deleted the account and intalled version 12....that version does not recognize my serial number.

Please advise.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

First, my apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused. A version 13 license will only work on a Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. 

Please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 again and activate it using your version 13 license. Try again the Nitro Sign and take a screenshot of the event where it shows trial has expired. Provide as well the email address that is associated to your Nitro Sign account.
