Once installed files and jpgs won't show.

I uninstalled Nitro Pro because when installed i couldn't open jpgs.  Also my files don't show anything but white squares.    Once i uninstalled it everything went back to normal. 

I thought maybe it was that I had an old version so I just purchased Nitro pro 13 this morning and within minutes the same thing happened.  I can't open jpgs and files on my computer are white. 

I love this product but can't use it if it affects the rest of my computer.  

HELP!

This is the first time we have received such a rare and in order to further investigate, could you please provide the following information?:

-What OS is installed in your computer (Windows 8.0, 8.1 or 10 and whether it is 32-bit or 64 bit)?

-Do you have a second machine where you can install Nitro PDF Pro 13 to see if the same behavior will occur?
