Stevie Arrington Posted October 21, 2021 Report Share Posted October 21, 2021 Five computers, all running v11 and v12. Tried to purchase license upgrades to v13 for all. Told for all 5 that the serial numbers I'm entering have already been upgraded. But I don't have v13 serial numbers. If, when installing v13, I enter the serial numbers for the versions already installed, I'm told the number doesn't exist. Cleverbridge says talk to Nitro. Nitro says talk to Cleverbridge. And that's if I can get a response from either of them. Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I deal with ATT a lot (at least I can eventually get to a person with ATT). I just want to know if I have upgraded v13 license keys somewhere I'm unaware of and what they are. If I don't, I want to be able to acquire them so that I can upgrade these installations.
