Can't Validate License for Upgrade

Hi Allain,

The same situation is happening to me from upgrading from 11 to 13; this crash happened after Windows updated in my laptop few days ago.

It seem like is not recognizing my license number and the program does not let me "Deactivate" to "Activate" again.

Please, I need someone to unblock so I can reactivate and use this wonderful program to perform my work.
