Meena Na Posted October 29, 2021 Report Share Posted October 29, 2021 Hi There - Nitro was working fine for me but i got a 2nd device and was having issues getting it installed and activated so i deactivated the licenses and tried from scratch. It worked after doing that on the 2nd device but then went into Trial Mode on my original laptop. When trying to download Nitro 12, it says Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed. I tried downloading 13 just for the heck of it and it worked but when i put in my serial number to activate in Version 13, it says my serial number doesn't exist. After troubleshooting that error, it says to download V12 which I'm unable to download...and round and round we go. Thank you in advance for your help! I was able to download version 12 but when i go to activate, i cannot pull up the http://www.nitropdf.com/activation link when trying to follow the instructions. i've tried several browsers and nothing works. You can find this information by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro (example format is Nitro Pro 12.x.x.x where x.x.x is the complete build).
