Activating on New Computer

Hi,

I got a new computer yesterday and am having trouble activating Nitro again.
It says "This serial number does not exist"

However when I check on the Activation support, it says it is active and have two more acivations left.
The activation support also gives me a option to "Deactivate", I guess to be able to activate again on a new computer. But when I press "Deactivate" it prompts me to choose a device first. But I con't choose any devivces on this page.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
