jurgen leijdekker Posted October 29, 2021 Report Share Posted October 29, 2021 Hello - I changed computers and followed all the steps for transferring the license (deactivated on the old laptop, downloaded on the new one, chose 'activate now' etc.). However, it keeps saying that my "serial number does not exist". Even though I've confirmed it both through Cleverbridge, my old computer, and my nitro account itself. When I follow the steps again, it says "Deactivate", but when I click, it asks to "choose a device to deactivate" even though the screen does not give a choice of devices. What am I doing wrong here?
