I think, (though I am not sure) that I purchased a license for Nitro Pro. If I did, I have switched to a Mac platform since I would have purchased the license. How can I find out the status of my account and whether I can use it on my Mac? I am not posting the number on the forum, but can send it to a Nitro representative. Please be aware that a Nitro PDF Pro license cannot be used to activate or register a PDFpen. Nitro PDF Pro is for Windows while PDFpen is for Mac and they do not share the same license. Regarding the status of your license, I do not see a license purchase record under your Gmail email address. If you have the serial number with you, kindly provide it so we can check its status.
