How we can activate Nitro Pro 13.42 remotely for a user via Powershell

I have command to run through command prompt , but which doesn't work when trying to activate for a user remotely by accessing command prompt of that user remoetly since all command doesn't depict fully. ("C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\ActivateSN.exe" -s <serial Number> )

hence I suggest if somebody can help me to get PS command to activate the same.

I am sorry to say that the answer provided for my question is not satisfactory since they informed us that no PS script available for the same.But after all my investigation, I can found a PS script which can satisfy my requirement. 

Hence kindly investigate thoroughly before providing a solution.
