Hi @Sophia Chase

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Is this issue happening to all the PDF documents that you convert to Word?
Is your conversion workflow done by opening the PDF file in Nitro PDF Pro then clicking the To Word?

I am attaching a sample document to this post, could you please download the file and try to convert it to Word? TestDocumentWord.pdf

If you are getting the same issue, please run a repair on your Nitro PDF Pro. You can do the repair in the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features.

After the repair, please check the PDF to Word conversion.

If the issue persists, please provide the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Kind regards,

While transferring information from a delimited or Excel record, a configuration transformation mistake can happen, for example, when a numeric field contains a non-numeric worth. You have load choices to control how to deal with lines that contain design blunders, and to control the number of arrangement mistakes are permitted prior to handling stops.

Hi @Toem Nike

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Could you please tell if this workflow is being done in Nitro PDF Pro? Are you using the Nitro PDF Pro to convert a PDF to Excel or Excel to PDF?

Kind regards,
