File conversion has failed due to an internal error

Hello, suddenly the convert to from PDF to Word document has stopped working. It gets to have 40% and then stops and says 'File conversion stopped due to internal error" This just started happening about a week ago.

Is this issue happening to all the PDF documents that you convert to Word? 
Is your conversion workflow done by opening the PDF file in Nitro PDF Pro then clicking the To Word? 

I am attaching a sample document to this post, could you please download the file and try to convert it to Word? TestDocumentWord.pdf

If you are getting the same issue, please run a repair on your Nitro PDF Pro. You can do the repair in the Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features. 

After the repair, please check the PDF to Word conversion. 

If the issue persists, please provide the version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

Could you please tell if this workflow is being done in Nitro PDF Pro? Are you using the Nitro PDF Pro to convert a PDF to Excel or Excel to PDF?
