Tiffany Wong Posted November 4, 2021 Report Share Posted November 4, 2021 I believe I must have pressed something, the ribbon has disappeared from this afternoon, unable to locate the ribbon, unable to move the app from screen 1 to 2, unable to find x. Tried repair the application, no go, setting back to default, no go. Please assist urgently. The application version is 13.43.3.855. Thank you. Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.50.4.1013/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.
