Standardize, align & distribute, and replicate form fields

We are creating our first form using Nitro Pro. Placing the form fields (all text in this instance) onto the page is easy. Aligning (left, center, right; top, middle, bottom), distributing (spacing between), and standardizing their height and/or width seem less easy. How is this done? Also, once one creates, say, a row or column of text fields, how can one replicate the row and/or column?
