Thanks for sending your serial number. 

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

I have a similar problem.  My Nitro  13.22.0.414 locked me out of full access and defaulted to Trial Mode. I cannot deactivate my existing license. I tried installing the latest version and the Installation Wizard fails at 92% repeatedly.

 Getting very frustrated with this. What to do?

Please provide the following so we can further troubleshoot your activation issues:

1. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
2. The serial number you are using to activate the software.

My apologies for any inconvenience this issue has caused.
Please try installing the offline MSI installer and see if it will complete the installation process. 
Here's the direct download links for the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13:

64bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.50.4.1013/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi 
32bit - https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.50.4.1013/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 13 license then click on Activate.

Thanks Reymund,

 This Fix worked and Nitro re-installed successfully.

 Maybe of interest was I had to uninstall my printer drivers completely as there was a stated conflict on the install files - Brother  MFC-L3750CDW. I remember this issue previously on earlier installs now that I think about it.                                   Not the end of world, just more time removing and re-installing.
