We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. Simon Restall Posted November 22, 2021 Report Share Posted November 22, 2021 I have a similar problem. My Nitro 13.22.0.414 locked me out of full access and defaulted to Trial Mode. I cannot deactivate my existing license. I tried installing the latest version and the Installation Wizard fails at 92% repeatedly. Getting very frustrated with this. What to do? Thanks Reymund, This Fix worked and Nitro re-installed successfully. Maybe of interest was I had to uninstall my printer drivers completely as there was a stated conflict on the install files - Brother MFC-L3750CDW. I remember this issue previously on earlier installs now that I think about it. Not the end of world, just more time removing and re-installing.
