For your kind information, the message about the account being suspended normally happens if the user is trying to log in with an incorrect password 5 consecutive times.

The suspended account will automatically revert back to Active after a few hours.

Looking at our cloud server, we can confirm that your email address is now in an Active state.

Additionally, we have executed a reset password so please check your Inbox and your Spam/Junk folder as sometimes our emails go there.
