Unable to transfer my licence to another computer

I'm changing computer and I paid 159usd for nitro 11, I'm currently using the 12 version in my old computer and I cannot activate any version in my new computer with my existing serial number. can somebody help?

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxxxxx-969239
