Update Nitro Pro 13

How do I reinstall Nitro 13 (with latest version)?  I believe I need a link to the offline installer but I cannot find that anywhere.  (The product updates page does not work for me).

thank you.  Can you remind me how I can tell if I have 64 or 32 bit Nitro Pro currently installed?  I assume I have 64 bit as I have 64 bit windows but do not want to mess that up.

You can use the NitroPDFSupportTools.exe to determine if your Nitro PDF Pro is on 32bit or 64bit. 
The NitroPDFSupportTools.exe can be located inside the installation directory of Nitro PDF Pro. 

64bit directory - C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13
32bit directory - C:\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro\13

Once you've located the NitroPDFSupportTools.exe, open it the under the Support tab you will see Product and next to it is the build of your Nitro PDF Pro and if 64 or 32bit:

Example of a 64bit Nitro PDF Pro: Product: Nitro Pro (13.50.4.1013) x64

Another option is to right-click the Nitro PDF Pro icon then select Properties. 
Under Target field, if you see:

"C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\NitroPDF.exe" this means it is a 64bit. 
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Nitro\Pro\13\NitroPDF.exe" this means it is a 32bit.
