Re-Activation problem

Recently, I had to replaced my desktop hard disk with an SSD. I had Nitro Pro 12 installed previously. I tried to reactivate Nitro Pro 12 which I purchased back in Oct 2018 but couldn't. I'm stuck at the Find the License page. I clicked on Deactivate button. The message that pops up is "Please select devices to deactivate". But no option is given to me. What should I do?

Please ensure that you have installed the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. You can see this information by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on 12.16.9.574, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate it using your existing serial number.
