Cannot activate Nitro Pro 8 License.

Hi,

 

I cannot activate my license, maybe because my computer is disabling your ports or addresses for that. Please send me The serial number and the activation certificate.

 

Look the screenshots (i´m using administrator privileges:

 

 

 

 

 

 

When i go to the page requested, this message appears:

 

At the third step i need to put my serial number  and the file i asked you. Please your help

I understand that you a version 8 license for Nitro PDF Pro. To continue on using this license, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574. The installer can be located from the following location:

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link

Once your installation is on 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your existing serial number.
