Why can't I log a ticket/Nitro Sign issue

Firstly, why can't I log a support ticket? It just shows me the kb or community?

But the main issue is I represent a company who has a nitro license including 2 Nitro sign accounts, however the person who organised the Nitro Sign left before we could set up any users/access the admin page. Now we do not know what email address the admin for Nitro Sign is under so we can assign additional users.

Is there any way we can find out? I tried to log in with the person who organised it email and using the forgot password but no password reset went to their email address so it looks like it wasn't them who it was assign to.

Any advice or any way I can contact Nitro to find out? The licenses were purchased via a 3rd party reseller I believe.
