Please send me your serial number so I can check. I cannot locate it using the email address that you provided. Can you also let me know what error message you're getting? A screenshot will be very helpful.

How exactly do you want to share the serial number? Do you want me to send it here? 

Here or somewhere directly to you? if direct then how?

I have tired installing older version i.e 12.16.3.574 as well but still the same.
