I need to "move" it on the new laptop. Basically, I need to install this version on the new computer, then deactivate on the old on e and activate on the new one. Am I right? Main problem - where can I find an installation kit for this old version? I don't need to upgrade to version 12 or 13. Thank you for your time. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. Also, access to the installer for older version are no available. To continue using your license, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click only the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate Nitro PDF Pro 12 using your license since old licenses were migrated to the new activation servers. To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button. Kind regards, Edited November 30, 2021 by Reymund G. But, when I try to insert the serial, I have a problem: on my old version, last 6 digits on serial appear as "X". The serial seems to contain only numbers. What should I do? You can find the serial number on your invoice receipt or in the email that was sent to you when you purchased the license. I tried to search for a license purchase using your email address, however, I did not find one. Please provide the email address that you use when you purchase this Nitro PDF Pro license. We can search for the complete serial number by having the correct email address. Or the order reference number that is found in the invoice receipt.
