need help to reactive and install nitro pro for my laptop

I just bought a new laptop and have been trying to install Nitro Pro in my new laptop without success.  

Nitro Pro will not accept my serial number after countless attempts.

The licence was purchased in 2016

Please provide the following information so we could further troubleshoot your activation issue:

1. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. The serial number you are using to activate the software.
