New install of Nitro pro 12

Hi we have updated some of our computers and have had to reinstall Nitro pro 12 but all i get is an error 

Something is blocking Nitro from proceeding, Error occurring when resolving resources I have run this as administrator and the user has admin rights on the computer

is there a fix for this
