NitroPro activated but unable to use Nitro Sign

Hello. My NitroPro acct is paid for and activated - bkramer@onefamilyinc.org/serial no. 234*************** - but when I try to use Nitro Sign, it says that I have a trial acct only, and the trial period has ended.

Help!
