Request Signature button creates a file in Nitro Sign with a different name

Hi there,

I am using the 'Request Signature' function to request signatures in my pdf document. The problem I am facing is that when I click on 'Request Signature', it creates a file online to use on Nitro sign with a random file name which looks something like this 'd417-27cc-e836-xxxx'.

However, my other colleagues using the same function with no issues and the file name comes up correctly as well for them.

Not sure how to fix this issues? wondering if someone else facing a similar issue?

Does this happen when Requesting Signature for different files? If with just one specific document, would it be fine sending over a copy of it for further testing our end?

To send a copy via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
