Activation of serial number

Hello, 

I am trying to use a serial number from nitro pro 12 on an old laptop to activate on version 12 on a new laptop however it says -22 error- wrong license number however it is definitely the right number. And it will not allow me to submit a support request- is this something you can help with please?

The serial number you provided appears to be valid and active. It should work as long as you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12.

Please check the build of your Nitro PDF Pro 12 by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
The build should be at 12.16.9.574 so you could successfully activate using your existing serial number. 

If your installation is not on the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link  

Once installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.

Thank you for your response, I had version 12 but not the most recent version 12 it is working now thank you!!
