Penny McCarthy Posted December 6, 2021 Report Share Posted December 6, 2021 I'm trying to move nitro pro 12 to a new pc. When I clicked to deactivate the original licence the website link would not open - just repeatedly got an 'unable to connect to the website' error. However when I checked again it seemed to have deactivated anyway. So I tried to activate the copy on the new pc. Same thing happened so I can't get to the webpage to enter the installation ID.
