AlexPCD Posted December 7, 2021 Report Share Posted December 7, 2021 Hi, NitroPro PDF has been working perfectly fine on this computer for ages. We haven't upgraded or changed computers etc. But it's asking to activate when we do so the activation wizard it is saying there is a certificate error with the activation server. Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. To continue using your existing serial number, please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574). The installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link Once installed, activate it with your existing serial number.
