Augh! This time I cannot even get Nitro Pro 12 to install

It has not been uncommon for me to have to remove and install Nitro Pro 12 every time I want to use it (401 errors), but this time even reinstalling really wanted to fail, but after 3 tries it finally appeared to load, and I could enter my version 12 serial number ... then the 401 errors again.

Software that does not work is never a bargain.
