Jeff Block
Hi I currently have PDFpenPro 13.1 via Smile. I see that Nitro recently bought it and is showing there is an update to 13.2 as of November 9th 2021 - https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/release-notes/mac How do I get this update? When I try to re-download I keep getting 13.1.....
Robert Ford
Very frustrating trying to get some meaningful response from Nitro about PDFPenPro support. I've used the software for years and use it routinely and frequently. It's now freezing up so often that it is almost unusable. Is Nitro really going support it?? If so, where is the link to update from Version 13.1 to 13.2? Presumably it just needs an update to optimize function with Monterey and keep it from freezing up. I'm getting the impression from the website in general of little interest in supporting individual MacOS customers. Every link seems to lead back to business customer sign-in where most or all of the products are for Windows. The purchase by Nitro was in June or July from what I've read. If there is really support for PDFPenPro for Mac, the links should be readily available and functional by now.
Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted December 28, 2021 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted December 28, 2021 Hello @Robert Ford @Jeff Block, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! The 13.2 build mentioned in the https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/release-notes/mac is released for Business and Enterprise. For Retail, the build is still at 13.1 found in https://pdfpen.com/download. Kindly wait for the release of build 13.2 that is for retail users. Hi @Robert Ford, With regard to your program that keeps on freezing, do you have a MacBook device with x64-bit ARM Processor? To find this out, please refer to the article https://support.apple.com/en-ph/HT203001 Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you. Jeff Block
Hi @Robert Ford I have been using NirtoPDF for work on windows and I like the program but there support has always been so-so. getting differnt responses from support and looks like. a lot of pre-filled and nothing to do with questions. Once I saw they bought PDFPen Pro which I have been using on my Mac I knew this would be end of a program. I am now trying to renew my windows version and can't get the same answer out of anyone at support.
Dave Sawyer
It's now more than two months after 13.2 was released to business customers and the retail version, which has significant bugs, is still on 13.1. When will the 13.2 update be released to retail customers?
