NITRO PRO CRASHES THEN ATTEMPTED REINSTALL FAILS

I am a licensed purchaser of the Nitro Pro software (v.13).  It seems to have many bugs and was frequently causing my Windows 10 computer to crash. Would no longer run as an extension for Google Chrome.  I uninstalled the software thinking that I could download and reinstall.  I have a valid serial number. Every time I try to download a trial version (thinking I could then activate it with my serial number), the download FAILS!!!!

Now I am stuck with no software and no way to contact support.

Please use the tool I have provided below to remove all files associated with Nitro Pro and reboot your system.

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro, so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them.

When your system is back up, close all your open applications and install Nitro Pro 13.53.3.1073 from the links I have provided below:

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

Unfortunately your x64 link above is BAD. Won't open on Chrome or Edge. Error message below
