Need Help with Activation

I am not able to get my Nitro Pro activated on a new laptop. The find license tool says I have two activations available with no option to delete or deactivate anything. But the program reports that the license does not exist when I enter it for activation.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check the version of your license through the licensing portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal.
If the version is 12, please uninstall then install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 by downloading the installer from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using that serial number. 

If the version is 13, you will need to install Nitro PDF Pro 13. The installer can also be located from the above link but you will need to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, activate it using your serial number. 

If the activation issue persists, please provide the following:

1. Your Nitro PDF Pro serial number. 
2. The version and build of your Nitro PDF Pro installation. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
