Need help re-activating my lisence

Hello I need help getting my serial number. I reformatted my PC and lost it. My boss is technologically illiterate and is no help in locating the serial code. Can someone please reach out to me and help me?

-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.

I to need help activating my Nitro Pro.  I had to do a fresh install of windows 10, and deactivated Nitro Pro before the ssd was reformatted.  Now you are saying that I did not deactivate the program, and when I try to deactivate the program on your website, it say I need to specify a device, but there is nowhere to specify a device.
