jmarquez@roypetty.com
No error message and no crash, the PDF document gets stuck in queue and I can't delete it from the print queue. Killing the print spooler service clears the queue fine until it's time to restart the spooler, which gets stuck starting and then requires a PC restart. Print spooler service has no problem running or using Microsoft Print to PDF instead and I have never had problems using the Nitro print to PDF from RDP before. I don't see the spooling service having any dependencies listed to RDP. What can I do?

I was out of the office for the holidays when that email rolled around, must have marked it read by accident. Will reply to the email now.
