I deactivated Nitro, reinstalled, tried to activate it and it will not activate given the key and code generated after 4 attempts. This I believe was a three license key purchase. I tried support three times and it sent me in a loop trying to lookup my serial number. So, I tried contacting sales and there was no reply there hoping they would forward to support. So here I am on the forum. Thank you for any help as it is much appreciated. And I do know this version is no longer supported, yet we own the software and many other versions of Nitro, and the boss did not want to by a new version for now on this computer.
