Kimberly Doney Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 I attempted to deactivate this product on an old laptop but when I attempt to do so, Nitro's website doesn't actually list the devices I have it activated on for me to select from for deactivation. I can't deactivate directly from my prior to laptop because its dead. Since Nitro shows that I have Nitro on two devices, and I can't seem to deactivate it on my prior laptop, I'm unable to activate it on my replacement device. Please advise.
