Kimberly Doney Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 I attempted to deactivate this product on an old laptop but when I attempt to do so, Nitro's website doesn't actually list the devices I have it activated on for me to select from for deactivation. I can't deactivate directly from my prior to laptop because its dead. Since Nitro shows that I have Nitro on two devices, and I can't seem to deactivate it on my prior laptop, I'm unable to activate it on my replacement device. Please advise. We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
