Combine Files not working on Nitro Pro 13 (worked fine in earlier versions)

Combine files (Word, Excel and pdf to a single pdf) is not working on Nitro Pro 13 since i bought this. It just hangs and does not respond and fails to convert the files.

My earlier version Nitro Pro 10 was working fine for this.

Need help to resolve this please.

So that we can troubleshoot the problem, please provide me with the following:

- The file you are working on for testing (Does it happen to all files?)
- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
- A screen shot of what you are seeing or any error message you are receiving
