Unable to reinstall on new machine

Merry Christmast everyone!  This morning I tried to reinstall Nitro Pro 12 - which was the version that I was running- but couldn't find the activation page.  I downoaded Nitro PDF Pro 13 entered the serial number and was pushed to a nitro page that requested the Serial No. yet again. It gave me the option to Deactivate but didn't show me any devices to deactivate, which is the error message it shows when I click deactivate.
