When I attempt to deactivate myself through your support portal I get a pop up that states: select the device, but there is nowhere to do that. Patty Shuba Posted December 29, 2021 Author Report Share Posted December 29, 2021 Hello my company has 2 licenses, one in my name (the serial number you quoted above) and another one in the name of a person that no longer works for us (234600-xxxxxx-203472). It is not my serial number I need help with (838723). I need help deactivating the other serial number as the computer it is activated on has been taken apart.
