David Galloway Posted December 26, 2021 Report Share Posted December 26, 2021 Hi There I am also having problem reinstalling my Nitro Pro 12 on my new computer. I have deactivated on the old computer, but when I try to activate it takes me on a merry-go round - I can't even raise a ticket! Hence defaulting to this forum. I also can't raise a topic as it does not allow me to fill the box with the selected topic. All very frustrating having to butt in here. 1. My serial number apparently does not exist when this is inserted. 2. The system then find it... 3. It then says deactivate device... but there is no device to deactivate 4. Can't get to support as it takes me back to where I started in the first place. Can someone please help! I would have thought this should really be a simple process to do the transfer of license?
